Meet the Instructor- Pete Harger
Pete is a retired Peace Officer with over 22 years of experience with the California State Assembly Sergeants office. He has extensive experience leading security details, designing and conducting trainings and assessing threat risks. Pete is a skilled DOJ and POST certified firearms instructor, trained in dignitary protection, tactical and general firearms safety. As a lifelong gun enthusiast, Pete has a passion for helping others truly understand everything about their weapons to build confidence in safe handling and accuracy in shooting. His broad knowledge with a wide variety of firearms further enhances his versatility.
Pete has a gift of making the most timid shooter feel confident and comfortable around any weapon. His thorough approach to building knowledge with a safety first foundation is paramount to his success. Pete can help any shooter (or passive owner) gain the skills they need to meet their goals.
